Wheel of cheese

I don't even remember entering a sweeps like this, but I won a wheel of aged Gouda cheese. We're talking 8.5 pounds of Gouda! It's delicious, but more cheese than we could eat in a year.

I won a 9 lb wheel of swiss last Oct. Cut it up and froze in small packs it was delish. Congrats
