When does everyone record your wins?

I was just wondering if you receive an e-mail or a congratulations one month but don't receive it for another couple months,
do you record it when you receive it or when you're notified.
I have my log here for January wins, Feb. wins, etc. and I had won a Blue Man t-shirt in Dec.of 2008 but still not here yet, so I guess I would count it in when I receive it??
 
Well, I keep a list and give totals for the month I win them but, next to the items I put either "Waiting" or "Got" to keep track.
 
I record my wins on the day they happen if its an IW or I get an email saying I won.
This way if its been around 6-8 weeks and I still dont have the prize I can check the forums here to see if people in other areas are getting theirs. If not, then I can send a polite email asking if the prize was sent or should I keep waiting.

The other thing I do to record my prizes is I take a picture of them and put them in a file on the computer. Its fun to go back and see all the things you won, especially if you give the prize to someone else.
