When you are notified via phone for winning... ?

I run a small business and post ads on craigslist and other sites so I get a *ton* of B.S. calls daily. If it's out of state, I normally let it go to Voicemail and if they leave one, I'll return it.

I'm going through an awful dry spell -- 6 months. Not even a tiny instant win, not even joking. LOL! :( So every time I get an out of state, I wonder if it could be a winner notification call. All sweepstakes I've won, I was notified via e-mail. Are the bigger ones by phone call? If so, would they leave a voicemail if you didn't answer?

The things I wonder on a Friday at 2pm..right before my afternoon crash :p:p
 
Yep, sometimes the larger ones do come by phone. And they very often will NOT leave a voicemail...it may mention that in the rules...if you don't answer they move on to the next :/ depends on the sponsor. Hopefully it was all spam and you didn't miss anything!!

I know some people use Google Voice for sweepstakes to avoid the spam, you might want to look into that :) I believe it's free.
