Why did I win this and what do I do now?

We have all or some day will win something that was not exactly what we were trying to win. So what did you do with those wins you could not use? Do you have a prize that you still do not know what to do with?

3M Race Credential holders: placed one in the car glove box to hold insurance card and tag receipt. Sold the other four for fifty cents apiece in a yard sale. Yep was surprised they sold.

Free Kibbles dog food (no pets here) gave to local animal shelter that County Commission built and then forgot to add funds in budget to operate.

The one I still don't know what to do with is a monocle like the one Klink wore on Hogan Heroes.

You can always find someone who you can make happy by giving them your wins.

I have seen people list them on this site for free and almost always there are takers.
(for the stuff you don't have to ship)

I am always able to take in unloved and unwanted wins! I just think of it as my civic duty!

I usually disperse the unusable/unwanted wins to friends and family. It's amazing what a free t-shirt can do the mind of a sweeps skeptic. :crazytongue: Make-up (I'm a guy) usually goes to my niece, mom and sister..in that order. T-shirts go to whoever can fit them and isn't embarrassed by wearing a shirt that say "I love sausage" or that's branded by Kotex. Any extras I save up and donate. About the only thing I haven't found a home for are the drink coozies, but I'm thinking maybe I could make a patchwork scuba suit outta them! :laughing:

Mom uses those neophrene drink coozies to keep her nebulizer mask upright when filling it with all those little vials of stuff (thanks to Medicare regs, the various liquids can no longer be pre mixed but has to be combined by the low sighted elderly with arthritis)

I win things I cannot use and I just either trade or give them away. Someone can always use what I can't so it's really a win-win situation because, you have a chance at making someone's day.

My funniest win I was trying to win a camera but won a pair of diving fins.. Have no idea what to do with them will probably put it up
for sale.
