Woman's Day Sweepstakes

 lcollins1028

Yes, they do fulfill prizes - if you do a search while in the Sweepstakes Winners Circle forum you'll see the threads

FYI - Because SA can't list magazine sweepstakes directly {their form(s) won't allow a direct link} we have to scroll down to:

"No purchase is necessary to enter. If you'd prefer enter the sweepstakes without starting a trial subscription to {magazine name} or if you are already a subscriber, ***click here.***"

The "click here" takes you to an alternate entry form.

As long as you remember to look for the link and fill out the no subscription form, you'll be fine. :)

If you do miss it? When you get an email/bill, just cancel. See here:

Just received my second prize from them last week, it was for a sweep that ended in November last year. Not only do they fulfill, but they redraw ad nauseum if they don't get takers.

The Woman's Day's PR person who has the job of notification tends to use a gmail account instead of her corporate issued womansday.com account for notification notes which probably causes more people to pause when responding to those notifications as well.

I always assume that as more recognized brands with a more diverse audience, the magazine sponsored sweeps generate more traffic than a lot of the other sweeps too which means they're pulling a name out of a much bigger bucket. So, even with a single magazine sponsoring 30 different drawings with 300 different prizes every month, they're still taking daily entries from a LOT of people. So your odds are going to be smaller than if you're the only person who stumbles onto that obscure contest on that blog no one reads.

I won a nice set of bath towels from them last fall. The contests tend to be over for months before they notify the winners. My contest had been over for over 3 months before I got a notification, got the prize 2 days later.

I won a prize on a Woman's Day Pinterest contest ($100 Ikea Gift Card), which I received this week.

Hi, I used to think the same thing but since entering Woman's Day sweepstakes and giveaways since this thread I have won several times. I won a magazine subscription the first time and then a $1000.00 prize for Mazlo online training classes and just recently as two days ago was notified I won a giveaway from Feb-April entries. So excited though I do not know what it is yet :). Keep on keeping on! Remember your P's. Patience, Persistence and Perserverance.
