I've been playing the game on camel sweepstakes site where all 3 pics have to match on a word and haven't had much luck on it
because I've been
getting a loser each and everytime I played it but this morning around 3:15 a.m.
I decided to play it and won a $25 MasterCard® Prepaid Code for getting all 3 pics
to match on the word passion ,and I would like to thank everyone and SA for it!!
 
Congrats! Good Luck finding a place to redeem your mastercard, I've won the $50 and $25 and wal-mart and amazon won't take them. They say the information doesn't match. Emailed up2u and we'll see if they get back to me. Gonna call monday
 
Have you actually been able to redeem your code? I, as well as many (possibly 100s-check out their discussion board) others, have won but been unable to redeem our prize. (Some have even won $150 codes and not been able to claim.) This promo is being handled by an "outfit" called UP2U Rewards and when you call them seeking help they have a nasty attitude and you still end up without your prize. They did send me 3 $2-off each pack coupons. Oh yay! I find it odd that RJ Reynolds has not stepped in and shut this promo down or at least tried to make some reasonable amends. I find it interesting that this is an "Unclaimed prizes will not be rewarded" game. Of the thousands of Instant-Win Games I have played over the years, this is definitely the worst. By far!

for me this morning after I used it on their site and there was also another time many months ago where I won another
one from the camel site and they took that one too and don't know why it has to be
like that for you and others as to why they won't take them ?Don't know what it is but good luck to you for
finding a solution as to why them won't take them for you
 
qtschartner: I am really stumped as to why some are able to redeem and so many cannot; one would think it would work for all or none. It's really a shame that RJ Reynolds is spending all this money on advertising (indirectly), but getting a lot of bad word-of-mouth. I can see where a mistake can be made -I do!- but the fact that RJR is not stepping in, or contacting disgruntled "winners" is not okay. I intend to call their 800# to see if there is a valid explanation. I will post their reply on this message board.
 
I have won these code before as well. A couple of days ago i won a $25 code but was unable to register it. I contacted the up2u rewards and they fixed it. But i was unable to use it on Amazon today so i sent them another email to see what is wrong. I have used all my codes on Amazon before and never had a problem. I just buy myself an Amazon gift card and then put it to my account. Until today i have never had a problem. I have redeemed 4 other codes before this one.
 
I feel bad for the people who have a code that will not work. That's one reason I usually play during the high traffic times, on the site- I don't want to win really with the run around it takes to get the prize. I too read the comments on the discussion board and lots cannot redeem. I can only imagine when the prizes for the finish the sentence game are given out how many won't work...unclaimed prizes not awarded. Well, obviously, if the up2Urewards doesn't care enough to contact you in a timely fashion meaning one to two days, I just believe that Camel does not care either...I have never seen a single response by Camel on their site, their OWN site. I don't know how much they are paying the company that presents the codes, but it's wayyy to much for all the hassle and time it presents the winners, and that's my personal opinion. Other companies wouldn't tolerate people that don't work (anywhere) that I know of, should be same with this....
 
I have used them before on amazon but this time it won't work. Even when I call the 888 # to check the balance it won't let me.
 
doll38 - the finish the sentence one is a random draw and they send out checks via fedex - I got a $500 check from their last one - and had no problem cashing it LOL! By the way, I don't think it's a requirement to finish the sentence to win - at least I hope not, because I haven't been and it still says thanks for entering.
 
I am having a similar problem. They deny the charge and it is under the $25 amount. I also tried on several other sites and it does not go through. I have also email Up2u with no luck. Guess I will have to call also.
