Wonka Win Received... Question tho...

I got my daughter's Wonka win but it is not what was stated on the page of the affy I filled out and I don't know if I should email the lady I was dealing with or not. I mean, I don't want to seem ungrateful - we really are - but it came from somewhere other than the lady - a fulfillment corp. It is a different brand which is no big deal, but it was supposed to be an RCA 15" LCD HDTV and what we got was a SHARP 15" LCD TV (not HD). Now, I just don't know if I should let the sponser company know because if they were paying for HD and what was sent out was not I am sure it cost less money. And it isn't that I don't want the one we got but I just don't know if I should let the sponser know that the fulfillment company isn't sending out what they think it is?
 
It can't hurt to contact the person you were dealing with, but most sweeps state in the rules that the sponsor can substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Check the rules. Good luck to you and many more wins!

I agree most sponsors can substitute, can't hurt to contact them. congrats :cheers:
 
congrats! :headbang:

I would contact them. When I've had problems the sponsors have been more than happy to take care of the problem.
