The Holiday 2026 Giveaway (the “Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Sweepstakes Advantage, 4178 Quail Wood Drive, Saint Cloud, FL 34772 (“Sponsor”). Sponsor’s website is https://www.sweepsadvantage.com.
The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law. Employees of Sponsor, members of their households, and their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses) are not eligible. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws.
The Sweepstakes begins November 4, 2026 at 12:00:01 a.m. Eastern Time and ends December 4, 2026 at 11:59:59 p.m. Eastern Time (the “Promotion Period”). Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device. Entries received outside the Promotion Period are void.
During the Promotion Period, visit https://www.sweepsadvantage.com/giveaway.php?c=holiday2026, complete the entry form with a valid email address, agree to these Official Rules and the Privacy Policy, and confirm your email address by clicking the link sent to you. By entering, you also subscribe to the free Sweepstakes Advantage newsletter with new sweepstakes; you may unsubscribe anytime. An entry is not complete, and is not eligible, until the email address is confirmed.
Limit: one (1) confirmed entry per person and per email address during the Promotion Period. Entries made by script, bot, macro, or other automated means are void. No purchase is necessary. Sharing this Sweepstakes is not required and does not create extra entries.
one (1) $250 Amazon.com Gift Card. Approximate retail value (“ARV”): $250.00. Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. Any taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner. If a gift card is awarded, the retailer named on that card is not a sponsor of this Sweepstakes.
On or about December 6, 2026, Sponsor will select one (1) potential winner in a random drawing from all eligible confirmed entries received during the Promotion Period. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible confirmed entries received.
The potential winner will be notified by email within about seven (7) days after the drawing and must respond within seven (7) days. Failure to respond, ineligibility, or failure to complete any required paperwork may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. Sponsor is not required to make more than two (2) alternate drawings.
Except where prohibited, acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the winner’s first name, last initial, and state for advertising and publicity, without additional compensation.
By entering, you agree to these Official Rules. Sponsor may cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor impairs its integrity. Sponsor is not responsible for lost email, technical failures, or unauthorized interference. Entries that are incomplete, inaccurate, or fraudulent may be disqualified.
Information collected from entrants is used to administer the Sweepstakes, to send the Sweepstakes Advantage newsletter (unsubscribe anytime), and to operate Sponsor’s websites, as described at https://www.sweepsadvantage.com/privacy.htm.
Except where prohibited, disputes will be resolved individually, without class action, under the laws of the State of Florida. Any claim must be brought within one (1) year after the cause of action arose.
