:wave: Was just looking on here and seeing everyone on and wanted to say 'Hi' to everyone! I am hoping to be able to be back on soon! We are almost done with the living room and Ashelyn's room...still have a lot to go. Next will be my bedroom and then the kitchen and lastly Caitlyn's room. Out of all of them, I am dreading redoing the kitchen most!! It is crazy :laughing: I will NEVER want to take on this big of a project again ~ I am just not in the greatest health, I guess that is the reason I am wanting to do it now.

We actually are talking about adding on :crazytongue: I think they will have to put me away if we do...

I'm glad you are making some headway! That is SO much work but it will be SO worth it. Once it's done you will be able to sit back and admire the pretty :love:

Adding on too? Oh dear lord LOL! I say go for it! Better now than never or later. Will it be another bedroom or a sunroom or a living room maybe?
 
Actually we are thinking about adding a sunroom/family room two walk in closets a master bedroom and master bath...nothing really major(yeah right)!

We just redid our kitchen, and floor, and that's it for this year.
Next year, I want to get a new bannister for our stairs. :sunny:

Hey Ping, Miss ya girl! Good Luck with the remodeling. We just finished the attic, and have now started putting new siding on the house ourselves. Hardwood floors are next, and that's one project I'm excited about. NO MORE CRUDDY CARPETS! Post pics if you can when you get done, would love to see it.

Got up my curtains today :sunny: Doesn't look like the same living room with them!! Can't wait to get my rugs in...
 
:wave: hey ping, I hear ya! we redid our whole house when we bought it. If you had ever watched the movie money pit way back when, ours was worse. The closest we ever came to getting a divorce was while doing just two walls of wallpaper. Swore we'd never redo a house again, but now it's been twenty years and it's time to start redoing several things again. Sounds like your doing well on it. Have fun.
