gorgor New member Jul 5, 2008 #3 I added it to block referers but I can't remember how. Probably will just go back to IE. FF is such a pain sometimes.

anikka Active member Jul 10, 2008 #4 what do mean by referrers? Firefox is much faster and safer then IE. I'd stick with it!

I believe blocking a referrer is blocking a site from seeing from where you have come. For instance when entering sweeps, some sites can see that you have clicked on their sweeps link from SA.
