Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize for one of equal or greater value if the designated prize should become unavailable for any reason. Limit: One (1) prize per person

ALSO:

Employees of ePrize, LLC, and its parent and affiliate companies as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and household members of each such employee are not eligible.

So the rules did NOT preclude ragnar from entering - looks like the affy is incorrect?

Besides:

In the event that a potential winner is disqualified for any reason, Sponsor will award the applicable prize to an alternate winner by random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries. Only (3) alternate drawings will be held, after which the prize will remain un-awarded. Prizes will be fulfilled approximately 8-10 weeks after the conclusion of the Sweepstakes

That's what I wasn't sure about. I was guessing the sponsor would count as an affiliate company. I'm about to call headquarters!!

The Affidavit says....

I also represent that neither I nor any member of my immediate family or any one living in my household is an employee of C and K Market, ePrize LLC, and...blah blah [snip] blah blah... and that neither I nor any immediate family member or anyone living in my household is connected with any of the above.

Time to go see a Notary Public and mail it in!!!!!

BTW, that box option on the sign-up form is there so they can see how many employees register. So yah, I think ePrizes does know!!!!

Also - since this looks like it was a local, or for very few states sweeps, it would only have been posted in SA's:

City or Local Sweepstakes Forum:

NOT in the listings, so ragnar did nothing wrong by not bringing it up before it ended. :)

I started a thread in the City or Local Sweepstakes forum:
