I "won" a free month of video rentals from blockbusters on an instant win...they said they would email me with the info but it never came? This was from am/pm

Rules and Regulations, completed Acceptance of Rules and Regulations form, completed W-9, a clear and readable
photocopy of legal documents showing legal Southern California residence and valid social security number, and any
additionally required forms before a prize may be picked up/released at The Company business office and/or mailed).

I received my code a couple weeks ago. Is it possible you deleted the email thinking it was spam? I ended up deleting mine when I realized that you need a credit card to use it and rules stated that if you didn't cancel before the month expired then you were charged! IMO it was a "win" that they hoped you would forget to cancel so they would make money off of you.

Hi...are you saying that you never got a confirmation e-mail asking for your name, address, etc? If that's so , you need to check out the person or business who set up the contest and contact them. My first win, I had to wait about 2 months to get my prize and then, only because I e-mailed him to see why I hadn't received it. If you never even got the confirmation e-mail, it will be harder to contact them, but not impossible.

Most IWG's do not send an email asking you to confirm your name, address ect. Usually all you receive is a "Congratulations" email saying you'll received your prize in XX number of weeks delivered to the address ( or in this case the email address) you provided when you registered..

I dont know if they are going out of buisness...all I know is I was told that I had won and that I would be emailed...but no email ever came! It was kinda lame and a let down really!

I just wanted to update this with my experience. After my initial email stating I won I never received a following email with any type of code to redeem. I then emailed CCLA and the next day they replied back with 7 promotional codes? Hmmmmm I thought. Not one of the seven codes were valid. This one isn't worth the hassle for me.
