I sure hope this is real. This afternoon on Facebook, I got a winning screen for the Banana Republic "Win the Window" sweeps. It said "We'll contact you within 5 business days to send you your prize." The prize: a $500 gift card.

I am uneasy about this, since I haven't yet received an email. Sure hope it's real. Hubby and I could use some nice new duds. Mostly hubby. The poor guy only has one pair of shoes, and they are getting shabby.
 
I told an online friend, and she says it can't be for real since I didn't get a confirming email. With friends like this, who needs enemas?

I still have my hopes, since today was not a business day.
 
im sure its real. Not all wins send a winning confirmation. I won on some instant wins and never received a confirmation but received my prize.
 
Oops, that sounded like I won the same prize...just meant I've won many times with other sweeps and didn't receive an email, but, received the prize. Boy, I sure WOULD like to win this one. My son is heading off to college next month! My baby.... Anyways, as always, good luck to al!! :wave:
 
Congratulations!! Hubby and Both have Won Several Prizes and no E-Mail Confirmation, We have always received our Prizes not all of them send out Confirmation E-mails just the Prize.We Wish You Both the Best of Luck In Receiving Your Prize. :wave: :sunny:
 
:sunny: Congrats! I've had a few IW that said I'd get an email and it either didn't come or came a few days later - but I always got the prize anyway :)

Some instants that say they will send confirmation emails dont and I have always still got my prize. I know it makes you wonder whats going on and if you won, but you probley did and I'm sure it's legit! Hope it comes soon for ya! Congrats!

Wow that is awesome!!! Very happy for you. I bet its for real because I've won on some of the instants and never rec'd a confirmation email and still rec'd my winning prize. How exciting! Congratulations on a wonderful win :cheers:
