Missing gum from Candystand IWG

Remember how ppl who won the piece of a racing car in that Candystand IWG didn't get their coupon for free gum that was supposed to come with it? Well, I just got a pack of Juicyfruit in the mail today from them. :sunny:

Guess it happened to enough people now that they are just sending packs of gum out. If you won one of those car pieces, be on the lookout for a small yellow mailer sent via regular mail.
 
nice congrats :cheers: I usually don't bothr over a piece of gum but if it was part of the prize :cheers:
 
Actually I was just letting it go, they did this on their own, I didn't hassle them about it. Apparently when you won the IWG, a pop-up was supposed to come up that contained the coupon. It never did for me (and I turn off pop-up blockers when I play IWG's), and from what I heard, it really didn't for anyone.

Nice to see a company go out of their way to fix something small like this! :sunny:

Thanks - I really cannot judge the car piece, I know absolutely nothing about car racing stuff. I was after it to give to my nephew, he has Duchenne's Muscular Dystrophy (gotta spoil him while we can, most boys don't make it much past 18, and he is 11 now), and he loves car racing and video games. I am saving things up right now to take to him at Christmas time. I am keeping my fingers crossed that I can win him either a NASCAR trip, or an X-Box 360.

I will keep my fingers crossed that ya win a trip(that would be really nice) or the xbox 360 for him. Those are nice too but a trip would be better. good luck to ya.
