what to do if you don't get the prize a listed or not at all

I won a prize that was supposed to be an event trip to LA, airfare, hotel everything. When I got the call that I had won, they had moved the event to ny, where I live, so all I got was admission to the event. Plus, there was supposed to be a "years supply" of covergirl products delivered to me, which I never got. Is there somewhere I should report this to? thanks.
 
Don't know if there is anyone to report it to. Have you written to the sweepstakes company? Not much else you can do except possibly file a breach of contract law suit but that would be quite a hassle.

From what I gather, trip wins usually have multiple sponsors and/or they fulfill from JA's {Judging Agency - ie; fulfillment company}.

I'd start with the fulfillment company, then move to the various sponsors to get answers. Use the contact info they used to notify you/fulfill.

If the sponsor runs/fulfills their own promos?

Try to contact them thru their site CONTACT US, and if that gets no result, try their FB page - FB is awesome because you can post {nicely} to their wall and {usually} get a good resolution - you'll probably have to comment under one of their posts, since most don't allow others to start convos, but give it a try, gl!!!
