I won $15 in the snus IW, redeemed it and all I get is my name and date won, and no card number to redeem
 
I spent a ton of time yesterday trying to redeem a couple camel sweepstakes "virtual gift cards" that I previously won. What a headache. I don't think they are valid. I tried to use them on a few different online retailers and they were always declined.

Geez..I thought was the only one...I cursed them out and they wont even reply to me anymore,the freaking camel people refer me to the up2 people....THE CARD WILL NOT WORK ANYWHERE,and it has something to do with the info or something..BEATS ME! I have one month left on the card.

I won 25 last year that worked..I stopped entering Camel today

I think I know what's wrong. In their last IWG the expiration date was wrong on some of the codes. Does the $50.00 MC that you won show an expiration date of 7/2013? If so, when you try to spend it put in 6/2013 as the expiration date.
Also, during the final days of that instant win, for some odd reason a few people received VISA rather than MasterCard gift codes. Visa gift cards start with a 4, MasterCard starts with a 5.
