I was very excited to get the congrats email (below). I really enjoyed looking at all their beautiful jewelry, but disappointed when I could not find anything for under $34.99 + shipping, which would have required me to pay the additional cost. I am on a fixed income and on a very tight budget, so I declined the prize. I remember reading some time ago about several people having a similar experience, I think with a furniture and accessory sweeps.

Congratulations on winning, anyway. It's really sad when you win a contest like this one. If you have to pay to get a prize, it's not really a prize, is it? I have won a "prize" like this before so I know how you feel. But, you did win, didn't you, so that's a boost to go on to bigger and better. GL

I fully agree ... "If you have to pay to get a prize, it's not really a prize".
But, it was nice to win and inspired me!
