I won $50 too.. but it said I violated something and my code is suspended.. same thing happened to my dad and brother in law. So I guess I didn't win anything.. sad, I wish camel would get their act together

All you have to do is send snapshots of the gift card and the error message to the customer service email....usually takes a few days for them to respond but they will reset it for you. I had to do that with one of the gift cards I won from them.

Thanks.. I will try that. Same thing happened to my dad and they said he violated something and was going to turn him in.. he has never done anything... not worth the hassle for $15.. I think I am done with Camel
