I won, $50!


It was a win-less January besides candy coupons from Snickers and dog biscuit coupon from Kroger. Tonight, I checked my swag for camel sweepstakes and won $50! The first win for me in swag surprise...

The only thing is:
I checked the value and it says zero

...hope it loads soon! Fingers crossed. I so do not want to be emailing over and over for this (like everyone else!!! :(
I'm not going to keep checking though as I don't want to mess anything up. Would do anything to just have it load so I can buy a Walmart card.

I just found out I won $50 also. When I registered and checked balance I have $0 as well. I'm with you and hope they fix it automatically. They are the worst people to get help and always takes me days
 
it it has been 30 days since it was awarded to you they will not give it to you. so if you won it on jan 3rd like alot of other people its past the 30 days
 
Hey, yea I'm going to wait & call Wednesday rather than call tomorrow.... if it's not fixed by then...They have a telephone number listed in FAQS. Wow, I never knew about a number to call...You have to have a card number, but I have that. I'm not going to keep checking, I did like thirty minutes ago and nothing...

It's not the end of the world if I can call lol. Maybe everyone that gave up on Camel..up2U- should try again.Talking to an actual person is alot different than an endless sending of emails.

Many people have this problem, but when you actually use the card, it does work. I won from camel a couple months back and used the card immediately and it worked just fine even though it said "0". Hope this helped!
 
2/3/14 11:30 pm CST. Just went to up2pu and redeemed all 3 ecodes from the 2 wins over the weekend and the surprise $50 one that just showed up - NO PROBLEMS - got card #'s and cvv #'s. I just clicked on "REDEEM" and filled out the form. In one of my calls to Camel about one of my wins getting suspended for too many tries to redeem, I was told to use all caps - it worked. Hope this helps someone.
 
Hey thanks for posting, I, too, found $50 in my husbands account. I always redeem it for a dollar less ($49) and it goes through without any problems. If I try to buy a gift card with Amazon for $50 it get rejected.
