Last week I played the Cheetos instant win. I got a winning screen that said I had won an awesome gift card and to expect a confirmation email within 48 hours. I never received the email, so I contacted them last Wednesday. I was told that there was a delay in the confirmation emails being sent out and that I should call back today. I was told today that they are aware of the problem and trying to rectify it. They will be in contact with me over the next few days. So, if anyone from here wins, be patient. They also are sending me some coupons for Frito Lay products because of the inconvenience .

I still hadn't gotten my email for my win from 09/08 so I left a message on FB and they gave me a number to call. Frito Lay said it will be next week before we get our email with the giftcard information. Just letting the winners know. Here is the info. (Sorry about the delay! Congrats! Me, too! When you went to the claim link and entered your email, did you get the msg "we have already rec'd your registration info..."? Do I not have to do anything else?
 
Leisa, yes that happened to me too. I called them. I would advise you to do the same. They said I should wait 7 to 10 business days and if I don't hear from them to call back.
