100 Ways Of Glad win ... ? Not sure !

After playing the Glad game so many times I got a winning screen - $50 digital visa card. But as I tried to fill out the form with my zip code, it disappeared!! I managed to get it back again but it went away once more. I was too excited to remember to do a screen shot. Anyone else have this happen?

This happened to me. I called Glad and told them the date and time it happened. They sent me my prize.

Well I called and they said I'd have to email instead. (??!!) I did and we'll see what happens. Hate to lose out on $50 !! Especially since it's been a pretty slow couple of months for me.
