Since the new version of SA was released I have had problems with sorting. Will work fine for 3-4 days and then I get a message "You do not have Access". I keep current with updates, disk cleanup, etc. Solutions?
Since the new version of SA was released I have had problems with sorting. Will work fine for 3-4 days and then I get a message "You do not have Access". I keep current with updates, disk cleanup, etc. Solutions?
If this happens only when you sort by expiration date, that would be because it is now only a Plus feature.
If you get the message when you try to sort by other ways, then please let Ken know by submitting a ticket to the Help Desk, and include the type of sorting you are trying to do when you get the message.
