Win but no delivery

I got an email last Thursday that I won a pair of parkmans sunglasses, but i haven't received it yet . Should I email them? How long for delivery from NJ to CA? any feedback would really help, this is my first time

OK, rules went poof already {I always save to notepad Facebook rules JIC for those I enter but I didn't enter this} so I guess figure the standard 8-10 weeks then?
 
Umm, yea. I have already waited over 6 months for a prize. You probably want to give it 10 weeks before you even start to think about it. Sometimes you might get something very quickly, but 6-10 weeks is closer to normal.
 
Often, prizes are not delivered until the sweeps ends. Check the dates in the rules. Generally, though, you may have to wait several weeks for the prize. Luckily for you, you are in sunny California so you will get to use them whenever they arrive. Congrats and keep it going!
