Got the pop up that said, " Congratulations!! You won a $...and then blank...lol...waitmg for email I guess..have no idea what I won.How long does it take for the email to come..anyone know??

It should be within 24 hours, we won a $100.00 gift card and got the email within 12 hours, Congrats!!!
 
I even called the number after 3 hours and nice lady said to call tomorrow if I don't receive email, but they really won't know till Monday.....I wish the win would have at least SHOWED up...lol...not going to pursue for a $10 music code
 
I called last night and they gave me the code I needed to redeem the $250 I won.....Never did receive an email about my win...Good Luck!!!

Same happened to me. Never got an email but the people that won something never got a winning email either...so maybe we will just get a email with the price code after the promotion is over....at least I still hope so...:)
 
I called the contact number on the site..they said even if you don't get an email, they still have your win..I have to wait and call back on Monday..they said they don't gert it till 24-48 hours after..so just call and they should alreasdy have your code for whatever you won.
 
well, I called but the lady said that NOTHING/ NO WIN showed up...not a good sign. I hope that you have more luck! But she also told me to call back on Monday. However....my winning message was about 10 days ago...
 
Same thing happened to me, no email, no prize, I was told it was a system error and no prize was showing, hope you have better luck
 
Did you just call the 1-800 # that they have listed for password help, etc. or HelloWolrld? I won the $250 about 5 weeks ago and chose to have it mailed and nothing. No email and nothing in the mail.
