Just received a text notification that I'm a potential winner, but the link to respond and confirm doesn't work. It says the registration period is closed. Anyone ever had this happen? I have no idea how to contact them and let them know.
 
I have called the phone number for the alternative enter option and indicated I needed to speak with a representative. I’ve been on hold for a while. If anyone ever answers I’ll let you know what they say.
 
You can call 1-888-464-8226 and choose the option to speak with someone. They were able to confirm I won a gift card and they are aware of the issue. I was able to claim the prize over the phone.
 
I just called and they are now telling people to simply wait and try the link tomorrow. It should work then. I won a $20 Publix gift card too.
 
I called as well and they wouldn’t give me any information on what I had one they just told me to continue to check back or wait for the new text message to be sent to me
 
I received a text today at 11:06 am to tell me I had 72 hours to respond to quantify to win something. Problem is it closed yesterday. But due to the rules there is nothing that can be done.

The link wouldn't work for me yesterday, but did work this morning!

This was a text sweeps that ended last week. Yesterday, I received a text stating I was a potential winner. The reply form wasn't working so I contacted the sweeps administrator, and this morning the form worked. I completed and sent it, but have not received any indication of which prize I won:

1. One of 5 cars and $3,000 cash.
2. One of 5 Super Bowl trips.
3. One of 1,000 Publix gift cards ($20).

The car and Super Bowl prizes offer great cash alternatives. I never get too optimistic so I'm planning on the GC. :-)
