Coca-Cola Sweepstakes Summer Uplift instant win-WON ROAD TRIP prize pack on 6/28. Waited til end of promotion for prize. Never received it. Contacted Coca-Cola help. Asked for info. They confirmed my win. Still never received it. Another dept. contacted me for update (I don't think they communicate) asking for my win info. Gave it AGAIN. FINALLY... today I happily received my travelling cups and sunglasses. I seemed to have slipped through the cracks, so it PAYS to keep track of your wins!!

Congrats on receiving your prize! It's sad that a world wide company like Coke Sweepstakes should fail to deliver. Winners should not fall through the cracks with a promotion they're sponsoring. Surprising? Yes, given the company size. But a valuable lesson in keeping track of wins and having any documentation possible for proof.
