$10 Book Cash and $10 Target - and help needed

I won the Nestle RIF book cash, and thought I submitted the claim but when I tried to take a screen shot, I must have done it wrong and the window refreshed. Does it only give you a code on the screen, or do they mail you the prize? I never got an email about it, and unfortunately never got a screen shot so I hope I won't be unable to get it.

I also won $10 Target cash from Quicken.

Beth, I won twice in two days....I remember seeing a congrats screen but I don't remember having to fill anything out. Never received confirm. emails for either. Has anyone else received them for this sweep? May just have to wait and see....or, you could try contacting the sponsor.
 
:wave: I've won this. After you fill out your info, the next screen says to allow 6-8 weeks for processing. So I'm assuming they will mail them out.
