How Does Sweepstakes Advantage Verify Sweepstakes?Have you ever wondered how we review the sweepstakes listed on Sweepstakes Advantage? We're giving you a behind-the-scenes look at our verification process!
Since 1997, Sweepstakes Advantage has helped sweepstakes enthusiasts discover free giveaways from sponsors across the country. We know how important it is to find legitimate opportunities, which is why we take the time to review listings before adding them to our directory.
Our verification process includes:- Checking the legitimacy of the sweepstakes sponsor
- Reviewing official rules and eligibility requirements
- Confirming a free method of entry
- Verifying prize details and values
- Examining entry pages for suspicious activity
- Checking promotional dates and entry frequency
In this video, we'll walk you through our review process and introduce our new How We Verify Sweepstakes page, where you can learn more about our standards, meet the people behind the reviews, and explore real examples of listings we've rejected.
While no verification process can guarantee a sponsor's actions, we're committed to transparency and helping our members make informed decisions.
