I decided to skip this one. I grew up in the building business, and know that despite the market (good or bad) a house like this built right across from small, lower-income houses can make it very tough to sell. People in the market for a house like this usually want the houses around it to be comparable in size and value.
I don't want to take the gamble of winning it and not being able to unload it and losing everything we already have.
