I won the 2011 Taylor Morrison Dream Home I entered on youe site. I am currently living in this beautiful home. They were great to work with. Taxes were about $70,000.00. Everything went really well. The 2012 Dream Home is going on right now! Thank you for your site. laur

great win, the taxes would be enough for me to build a great home, but that dream house is lovely, many congrats
 
Thanks to all well wishes--we had a choice of 5 states and about 130 communities--the home was worth $200,000.00 we were able to choose lot and floor plan and cabinets -floors-blinds ect. you could put the money toward a larger home if you wanted. Great people to work with-
