$2500 Living Spaces Gift Card Pinterest Win

I won the judged part of the Living Spaces contest. The prize was a $2500 gift card to Living Spaces which is a furniture store. Since they do not ship and I am not in California or Arizona, I was able to have it transferred to a friend's son who is a Marine in California. I love having the opportunity to help someone in the military. They have given so much, and I am able to give back. So I feel like it was a good day!
 
Congrats on the nice win and then donating it in support of a military family....I bet they were just thrilled!
 
thank goodness they let you transfer the prize. so often you have to forfeit it. congratulations and thank you for your generosity.
 
I am glad to do it. Actually, it is a privilege for me to do it. I feel like I am able to give back. I love the military. So it is an honor to help a Marine.
 
I spoke to my daughter in law and they are going to use your generous gift to purchase a sleeper sofa. They are still waiting for the few things they have to be brought in by the Navy. They are currently sleeping on aero beds on the floor so they are so grateful to you Allyson!
 
That is the best thing I could have heard today. You are a beautiful soul. Thank you for doing this for the ones who serve our country.
