$20 Coke Sweepstakes utc, i continue to have problems with coke-eprize, after over 50 emails, 3 months, i still do not have 5 cars, and 2 movie passes, they are the worst, i have no idea what to do, you keep emailing with the same info and they act like its the 1st time they heard it, and we will get back to you in 3-5 days, which they never do, and then the same run-a-round

Hi boozoo, Congratulations on your coke win. We are in the same boat I have three invalid codes that they sent me. I have been working on it now for two months. I have emailed them and called them at least 7-8 times. I keep getting they same stupid email saying as soon as we resolve the problem we will contact you. That is crap. I have heard nothing from them. I do not know what else to do. I am not giving up though. I am going to call them again today. The correct number to use to contact them is 1-866-520-2653. Please use this number to call them. Maybe if we all stick together and keep on them they will do something to correct our problems. If anyone one else has had any problems please post them and how you got them corrected. Best Wishes to everyone
 
I had the same problem, but after three months, they finally credited my Edo card. Keep trying. They will eventually get it right.
 
Congratulations!! I Am having the same problem i won back in july and never did receive the card i also email them no response hope that everyone will get it work out good luck :)
 
I too, am having problems with them. I have 4 cards that they sent to me, with a 0 balance. I've sent numerous emails, and have made numerous calls. Frustrating.
 
This is the for the Coke sweeps. On my last call, they gave me this phone number to the "Awards Program Issue Dept." 877-340-0036 It's open 9-5 EST. I'm having trouble calling them, during their business hours, due to the time difference, and my schedule. Will let you know when I do, and if I have any success, in the comments at Coke site entry.
 
OK, I called the 877-340-0036, put didn't get a person, just a menu of which was no help. From what I could gather from talking to CS later on, sometimes that happen. So I called the EDO activation # 888-215-6759. I had to enter in all my info, before I could talk to someone. He had me hold, and then said it should be loaded very soon. Will let you know when it does. Will post here, on the site comments. Maybe things are being straightened out.
