I actually won this contest 2x's. The Pillsbury 10$ every ten minutes. I won twice like a few days ago, on separate days. But, never got the confirmation for one of the wins. Today ePrize wrote me that there was nothing they could do about one of the wins because I didn't either submit my info on screen (I did) and/or the confirmation email(I never got it)... They really did cheat me out of 10 dollars because I won 2x's not one. Well, oh well. I figure that there's no point in writing Pillsbury as I don't have a screen shot or anything. I at least did win once..:confused:

So sorry, sometimes I think I miss getting an email also. So seems to happen more than we like. Hope you'll have a big win soon, to help make up your lost one.

Just luckily it was only for 10 dollars.
From now on I'm taking screenshots of everything and noting the times I win!
I still might write to the company tonight, they need to know their game is not working(for me at least).

eprize is good at doing this. we lost out on a large sum last year because we never got the email and than we found out we won it was too late.

I just wrote the company not eprize, so hopefully there is something they can do. That is a lot of money to me anyhow, right now. I will keep everyone posted.

Same thing happened to me, I won 2x from the same instant win also and only got 1 email?

Yeah, rules usually state screenshots *won't* be accepted, but I say, it doesn't hurt to have it, since you can *usually* get them to dig a little deeper if you show it to them!
