Wasn't home, but left by front door. I guess must have been from a facebook contest. Box had: box of Puffs, Vicks Cough Syrup, Small box Aleve and Thermometer.These real items (not coupons). Just a small paper said You're a Winner. I know I do enter lots of facebook contests. Anyone else receive this??
