a win....oops!

won the tshirt on pepsi max...filled out the info...printed a copy...cleared the page...BEFORE I PUSHED THE SUBMIT BUTTON....duh!!!

Maybe you can contact them and sent them your info, especially since you saved the screen first. I did one of those things too (fingers working faster than brain!), but it worked out OK. Good luck!
