When I won the Vann's 50 days of Giveaway they sent an email with
an attachment which included the affadavit. It printed out on 3 separate
sheets of paper; when I went to the bank to have it notarized they refused,
saying it all had to be on the same sheet of paper. I called Vanns and they
said if I could find a word processor and re-type it on one sheet of paper
that it would be acceptable. I flew to the library and re-typed the whole
thing.....then went back to the bank....then faxed it back.... Thank goodness
Vann's was so kind about this - I was pretty sure for a while that I wasn't
going to get my stereo receiver!! However, all is well and I was listed as a
winner....just wondering if anyone else has had problems with affadavits?
