:headbang: Congratulations!!! I know you will have a wonderful trip!!! My husband and I went to Paris in September, thanks to a contest/sweepstakes we entered (thank you, SA!), and it was the trip of a lifetime...we weren't dreaming!!! We spent most of our time at the Louvre - and at the cafes!!
The first thing we did when we learned that we had won the trip, I went to the bookstore and got Frommer's Paris and one other Paris book, and then we made a list of things we wanted to see - it was a LONG list! We had to pare it down quite a bit - 6 days isn't enough :sunny:

I wouldn't go during the summer (June through the end of August) - lots of tourists and lines. We went during the middle of September - the weather was still good (warm during the afternoons, cool at night), and we had plenty of time to plan (do you have your passports yet - that's the time consuming thing right now).

Congratulations!! That is a fabulous win - and to go with someone you love is just amazing. That's where my husband proposed to me - under the twinkling Eiffel Tower. It was magical. Enjoy your trip!!!
