Received a call today from Emily Spurlock of PrizeLogic. I also won first prize in the Little Caesars Bowl Game Bonanza Sweepstakes & instant win Game! I see 3 SA members posting winning first prizes out of the 5 available.
I have received affy that must be returned by Dec 9th.
Congratulations! Your submission has been randomly selected as the First Prize Winner, pending verification & eligibility in the Little Caesars® Bowl Game Bonanza Sweepstakes & Instant Win Game ("Promotion") sponsored by Little Caesar Enterprises, Inc.
Your prize, should you meet the eligibility requirements stated in the Official Promotion Rules, is a Bowl Game Trip to a 2009-2010 season college football Bowl Game to be selected by each First Prize Sweepstakes Winner from a list of Bowl Games and dates to be provided by Sponsor, subject to availability. Regardless of the specific Bowl game and destination, each trip will consist of round trip coach airfare for two; ground transfers to and from the airport/hotel; 3 days/2 nights hotel accommodations (1 standard rooms/double occupancy) at a hotel designated by Sponsor; and Three Hundred Dollars ($300) spending money. Total ARV of each trip up to $3,510, depending on Bowl Game and city of origin.
As required by the Official Promotion Rules, you must read, complete, sign and have notarized the attached Affidavit of Eligibility/Compliance & Liability/Publicity Release before you can be officially declared as the First Prize Winner. The Affidavit of Eligibility/Compliance & Liability/Publicity Release attests that you have read all of the requirements and are fully eligible to accept the First Prize.
Also attached is a Travel Companion Agreement and Release document that your travel companions must read, complete, sign, have notarized and return with your Winners Agreement and Release.
Documents must be properly notarized and received by PrizeLogic no later than 12:00 PM EST on December 9, 2009 or prize will be forfeited.
