Announced as a winner, but haven't heard anything about claiming the prize

This is the giveaway I supposedly won from The Points Guy: Thursday Giveaway: Win a $500 Marriott Gift Card and this is the post where I was announced as a winner: Thursday Giveaway: Win a $500 Delta Gift Card

I have tried e-mailing and tweeting TPG about it, but they haven't responded on either.

Anyone have any next steps to suggest or had any issues with TPG giveaways before? Thank you for any help.

Is it possible that it wasn't you? Sometimes they don't announce the winner until they winner claimed the win in time. I know you have a unique name, but could it be someone else? Have you tried searching for a contact number? How about posting on their FB page? Usually that helps, too.

Good point justiceserenity - I thought for sure I'd won when I saw my 1st name & initial of my last name {Amy S} in a winners list where they'd said winners had been emailed so I posted to the FB post & they responded saying it wasn't me

I considered the possibility! I'd be surprised to see another Ephraim L. though, especially considering the contest didn't have that many entrants. They've suggested both e-mail and Twitter to get in contact, but haven't responded to either for 10 days now, nor when I followed up a week after.

I got an email from Marlboro sweepstakes today that said I won a prize, didn't say what it was. I called them and they said I didn't win anything! Very angry!
