Is this goodreads? Do you write reviews? I think the chances of winning books at goodreads isn't all that random. The more you review the more you win. I missed reviewing one book because I didn't have time to read it because of family health and I haven't won a single book from them since then.
 
No I dont review any of the books and never have. This is from Kensington but I do win from Good reads all the time too
