But really ping, you don't have to just use the gazelle. Dancing is a great way to tighten up and lose weight. Just be sure to get some 1 or 2 pound weights at Wal-Mart ($4) to hold so your arms will firm up too.......find a good video.....the one I told you about is great......and just dance. It doesn't have to be a certain aerobics routine, just keep moving to the music. You'll be surprised at how tight your body feels after a few minutes and it feels good and gives you encouragment. Get that youngin involved, it will be fun. Make yourself do it at least once a day and eat something 30 minutes before your workout so you won't give out too soon. 2 bananas will give enough energy for a 90 minute workout. I usually only do 30 minutes and it's enough to lose 2-3 pounds a week. Drink lots of water too. The hardest part is getting started but once you see a few pounds disappear it gets easy. I also eat alot of tossed salad, Slim Fast and Lean Quisine. Eat your biggest meal in the morning, fats, carbs and protein, decent lunch and light dinner. Always snack between meals to keep hunger at bay. You probably already know all this but sometimes we need encouragment, I know I do. :sunny:
