Played the game and matched. Got a congratulations screen but when I read it, it said Congrats that I have won a CHANCE to win a lip gloss? I filled out shipping/ contact info INCASE I win I guess??? Im a little confused on this one... I thought it was an instant win?
 
Wow. i won this morning and didn't even notice that part.It just congratulations and I filled out the form.Then again..most wins are "potential" while they verify your info.I'd say you won a lip gloss...congrats!
 
Yeah, the rules imply you won,

Both the Miss America state contestant cards and pictures of ARTISTRY® Light Up Lip Gloss will spin simultaneously. Eventually the spinning will end and if the contestant card matches up with the contestant’s favorite shade of Light Up Lip Gloss, then the entrant will win a Light Up Lip Gloss. One entry per person.

I also, received what I thought to be an instant win of lip gloss, last night... but when the screen popped up to fill out info... it read that I was now entered in a drawing for a lip gloss. I am confused. Hope we won, but I'm not counting on it, just yet. No confirmation e-mail or anything. good luck!
