AT&T-Set up for the Season/and Toys-R-US

Hubby recieved his $50 Visa gift card today.And I had recieved my First Act Guitar pack from TOYS-R-US "Hot Holiday Toy"on 1-5-09,and I had notice that it was coming apart,so I contacted "First Act Discovery"and I had explained nicely that I won this, but its coming apart, and they said to keep that one and will send you a new one tomarrow,and they did,so I didnt want to throw it away so I found wood glue and was able to fix it,so my daughters giving it to her friend thats going through some rough times right now..

That's great customer service for that company, and a really nice gesture on your daughter's part. Congrats on the prizes
