Auto Entry Question

Is anyone familiar with auto entry services, I have not entered a lot this past year because of my hands. Does anyone know if auto entry services are worth it?

If you use an entry service, then you never visit the sweep site directly. It’s done for you by a third party. This means you aren’t exposed to the name of the sweepstakes promoter or any advertising on the sweepstakes site.

Where is the value to the sweepstakes promoter in this scenario? How does the promoter benefit when you don’t even know he/she exists?

Corporate sponsors use sweepstakes as a means to advertise their products, services or just their name.

Why would they sponsor a sweep if there is no benefit to them?

A few years ago there were very few prohibitions in the rules against entry services and Captchas were hardly ever seen. There are many reasons for the use of Captchas. One is to prevent entry services from entering their members.

Increasingly, entry prohibitions and Captchas are used by promoters to force people to enter directly, and not through third party sites. It’s becoming the norm, not the exception and I think it tells us how Sweepstakes Promoters feel about 3rd party entry services.

Thanks, never thought about it that way; not sure if I would trust a third party service tho it sounds good to my hands, just may be throwing money away as well as getting disqualified possibly.

If this is permanent, why not look into an audio program? I don't know how good they are, or if they would work with forms, but it's an alternative that allows you to see the sponsors' info/ad/form and be assured you enter!

Hi,

"Auto" entry services -- if they do it "for" you -- and you don't enter from your own computer -- are not allowed.

However, services like Sweepstakes Ninja (Win prizes from Online Sweepstakes and Contests with Sweepstakes Ninja!), where you enter from your own computer, SEE the sweepstakes as you enter (so see sponsor logos/messages/etc), -- where simply the "forms" are being filled in with your personal information, generally are accepted. (In fact, many people have won using sweepstakes ninja, check out their website forums). Sweepstakes Ninja users have had a lot of big prize wins as well (i.e., $20k cash, $10k vacations, etc). Other form fillers like Roboform, etc are generally accepted as well. (Because the forms are being "auto" filled from your own computer -- and you personally "know" what you are entering).

Hope that helps!
