Banana Republic Mini Holiday Win

I was notified on Jan 24, 2012 that I had won a $50.00 gift code from Banana Republic and that after sending my info it would arrive in 4-6 weeks. When the 6 weeks went by with no code, I contacted ePrize. They stated that they did not receive my info. Long story short after several e-mails back and forth with no resolution, I was put in touch with Jason at Banana Republic. Jason said he would send a real gift card to me and that it should arrive in the mail in 3 days. He followed up with an e-mail to let me know when he mailed it and wanted me to e-mail him back when it arrived. It arrived this am with a hand written note. Now that is good customer service.

Really.......This was a twitter contest and I have copies of all my DM's, but still said I didn't get my info to them... Not gonna fight over a $10 T-Shirt......and thats just what they expect us to do.. not argue about it and they don't think we keep records........Huh!! :whistle:
