I'm not sure where to post this, but this is a heads up about the Kikkomans Chinese New Years Game. I just received a call from a nice lady in NJ, telling me that when her daughter pulled up the entry form for this sweeps, my info was already filled in. She was able to read off my name, address, phone number and age. I have already attempted to contact the administator and am awaiting a response. Be careful!!

I have seen this happen a number of times over the years with quite a few other sweepstakes. It's a glitch which they usually get fixed quickly. I don't worry too much about it, because there's no information on the form that can be used for identity theft. It's information you can easily find on the internet for anyone already.
