Got a $50 GC for Safeway in the mail today. Unfortunately there are no Safeways on the east coast. Of course I was hoping to win the grand prize of $5,000! Guess I will give it to my mom who lives in Arizona. Go figure, a decent win and I can't use it...just my luck

Congrats and at least your mom can use it. In the future though, if you win a GC that you are someone you know can't use, sell it. I just sold a bunch of them for a good cash amount.

Do have Randall store where live , Because there no Safeway where I live , but Randall store under Safeway company.

Walmart will buy gift cards now. They exchange for walmart gift cards but do not give you the full value. It's a new program they are testing.
