Winning Story: About 10 years ago I was diagnosed with asthma. I needed to see a specialist so I got the records from my current doctor to take to the new one. I read through them and saw that the doctor said "the patient was SOB....". That ticked me off so I called the office and asked for the doctor to call me back. Later that day he did and I let him have it for saying I was an SOB. After I finished telling him what I thought about his chosen phrase, he calmly said "SOB means short of breath".
