If any winner notification is returned as undeliverable without a forwarding address or if any documents or prize winner registration is not returned within the required number of days, or if winner cannot be found or verified or if winner is otherwise unable to accept the prize as stated, prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected. Prize winners will be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/ Liability Release with (where lawful) a publicity release within fourteen (14) days of attempted winner notification as indicated by the date on the Affidavit. Failure to return any required documents within fourteen (14) days may result in prize forfeiture, and an alternate winner may be selected. 1. HOW TO ENTER: No purchase, and no entry fee, payment or proof-of-purchase necessary to participate in the Game. Game starts May 19, 2014 at 12:00:00 a.m. ET and endsJune 27, 2014at 11:59:59 p.m. (noon) ET (the "Promotion Period").
There are two ways to play:
(1) To play via text message, use your mobile phone to text SUMMER (the “Code”) to 33973during the Promotion Period to receive one (1) Game Play. You must have a mobile phone with text messaging capabilities to play by text message. By playing the Game, you agree to receive up to three (3) text messages for each Game Play and you are consenting to receive text and phone messages regarding the Game and, if applicable, text messages and/or calls for prize notification and instruction on how to claim your prize. After texting in the Code, you will receive a reply message requesting your date of birth. Upon receipt of an eligible date of birth, you will receive a reply message informing you instantly if you are a potential winner of a prize. All such winner notifications are subject to the information provided at time of Game winner registration, in accordance with these Official Rules. You may incur a standard text message charge (or data charges) from your wireless service provider for each message sent and received. Check with your wireless service provider for details on these and any other applicable changes. You are solely responsible for any such wireless charges. Not all wireless carriers participate.
If submitting a Game Play via text, the person submitting the Game Play must be the authorized account holder/user of the mobile phone number, otherwise Game Play may be deemed void. In the event of dispute over the identity of a potential winner, Game Plays will be declared made by the registered user of the phone number used at the time of playing, and potential winner may be required to provide identification sufficient to show that he/she is the authorized account holder/user of the mobile phone number submitting the Game Play. It is solely the responsibility of the entrant to notify the Sponsor in writing if the entrant changes his or her phone number during the Promotion Period.
(2) To play the Game without sending a text message, log on to
www.ReadySetSummerSweeps.com(the “Web Site”) and follow the instructions provided to register and submit a Game Play. By playing the Game, you are consenting to receive emails regarding the Game. Immediately after each Game Play, you will receive notification on the Website acknowledging whether or not you are a winner. All such winner notifications are subject to the information provided at time of Game winner registration, in accordance with these Official Rules.
The name of the person submitting the email address upon registration must be the name of the person who registered on the Web Site for such email address. In the event of an identity dispute regarding an online participant, Game Play will be considered made by the registered owner of the email address used for the online Game Play. Participants playing online must have a valid email address. It is solely the responsibility of the entrant to notify the Sponsor in writing if the entrant changes his or her email address during the Promotion Period.
Limit one (1) Game Play per person/email address/mobile phone number per day regardless of method of playing. Multiple Game Plays per person per day, including multiple Game Plays by the same person using different email addresses will invalidate ALL Game Plays submitted by such person for the entire Promotion Period.
2. PRIZE DETAILS: Prizes (80): Big Green Egg Grillwith accessories. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $821.85 plus tax each. Total ARV of all prizes is $65,748.00.
