Hi all--

I thought I saw someone ask about this before, but in a quick search of the forum I did not find it.

When you get an email from the Bliss promotion, does it say you need to do anything to receive your prize? I have won the game two times now and haven't gotten an email either time.

That's the reason I had to change email providers. RR always thought my congrats conf were spam & were rerouted back to the sponsors.
